
The Energetic Power of Food! 🌱
Have you ever noticed how what you eat can shape not just your body, but your mood and your energy? It’s something I’ve been reflecting on lately—the subtle (and sometimes not-so-subtle) ways food influences how we feel, think, and even connect with the world around us.
For years, I believed that food was just about nutrition or enjoyment. But over time, I discovered that every meal is also a vibrational message to our hearts and minds. What we put on our plates echoes through our emotions and energy field.
Animal products carry more than just calories—they hold the energy of suffering, fear, and exploitation. When we eat them, we may unknowingly invite those vibrations into our bodies and hearts, making it harder to find peace, joy, and harmony.
I won’t go into the horrors of factory farm conditions, but if you are not aware, please do your own research. Anyone with a heart will be appalled.
Even when raised on “humane” farms, animals scream and shed real tears when slaughtered and that energy of pain and fear goes right into the flesh you eat. Heartbroken dairy cows and their calves cry out for each other for hours when separated and I’m sure that painful energy goes into their milk. Chickens trample each other to death in overcrowded “free range” barns where they never see natural daylight.
And all of it is completely unnecessary for human health and wellbeing.
In fact, multiple studies show that eating animal products of any kind raises your risk of our most common degenerative diseases:

Especially in recent years there have been so many new developments: plant milks and ice creams, tasty cheese imitations (Miyoko’s makes some great ones with healthy organic ingredients), all sorts of veggie burgers and egg substitutes, some healthier than others—read your labels (I’m looking at you, Impossible Burger!).
Choosing healthy whole plant foods is a gentle act of self-care and compassion. It’s a way to lighten your energy, support your emotional wellbeing, and align with the magic of the New Earth.
Plus—plant fibers are essential food for your microbiome—which may be one of the reasons they support mental health and a sense of wellbeing. Nutrition experts say that both mental and physical health starts in your gut with a healthy microbiome!
Animal products have NO fiber!
